Very easy to order. Email sent saying when it would be delivered. I ordered on Saturday and wanted next working day delivery - basket would have been delivered on Tuesday - hour delivery slot given. Email on delivery day/time received early on Monday. Time wasn't convenient, click of a button and day was chanaged. New email received promptly giving new day/time. Wonderfully bright colours in the toys and book. All enclosed in cellophane tied with bright yellow and green curly ribbon. The material in the basket was white and not red gingham which I preferred. The one small disappointment was the free gift tag. It was just my requested greeting typed onto a sticky label and attached to a gift tag on which was the email address of the company. I replaced with a bright orange tag.I bought one of these a few years ago on the birth if first grandson and was very pleased when I found the site again and even more pleased to see more or less the same item at virtually the same price.
