faq on on handmade baby bouquets
1. How is my gift displayed and wrapped?
All our baby clothes flower arrangements and nappy cakes are handmade by us in-house and each design is unique. Inside each arrangement you will find carefully wrapped baby items of clothing which are either tied with raffia ribbon or wrapped in a non- sticky floral tape. There is no need for the recipient to cut – they simply have to unwind or untie.
Our boxed bouquets and nappy cakes are also beautifully wrapped in cello with ribbon. All our baby clothes bouquets and nappy cakes are complete with contents card and own personal message.
All our other gifts also come beautifully gift-wrapped and securely packaged in sturdy boxes.
2. What are the artificial flowers you use?
We use a mixture of lovely colourful wooden roses, soft silk carnations and artificial greenery to create a special flower bouquet affect.
3. What is the standard size of clothes in the Baby Clothes Bouquet Arrangements?
Our standard bouquets contain size 3-6 months baby clothes. This way the arrangements can be enjoyed before they are pulled apart and used. All the current sizes of baby clothes are listed on the individual Baby Bouquet or Nappy Cake Bouquet Arrangement.
4. Can I request a customised Bouquet or Nappy Cake?
Yes – we are always happy to create something unique and special if you have an idea in mind. Give our team a call and they will be happy to assist.
5. Can I add a Card Message
Yes you can add a personal message to any of our gift range. Simply enter this into the section at checkout and we will attach to your order.
6. Will an invoice or any paperwork be sent along with the gift?
No – we never send any paperwork, invoices etc with our gifts so the recipient will only know who the gift is from by the personal card message entered.
7. Are the arrangements secure for transport?
All our Baby Clothes Bouquets and Nappy Cakes are carefully wrapped in matching tissue, bubble-wrapped and secured in an outer box. They are well packaged to ensure safe-arrival at the other end.
8. Do you deliver abroad?
Yes we can deliver anywhere within the EU. Please see our section for more details on shipping times and costs.
9. How long does delivery take?
We currently offer a next working day delivery service. Therefore as long as you place your order before 2pm (and it's not a public holiday), it will be delivered the next working day throughout mainland UK. For orders outside of mainland UK please see our EU Delivery Times.
Saturday and Sunday Delivery Now Available to Mainland UK Only.
We can now delivery on a Saturday or Sunday. The charge for this is £11.75. This must be selected at the Checkout - Under Shipping Information so that the charge applies and not only in the Requested Delivery Date. Orders MUST be placed by 2pm the Friday before. If a Saturday or Sunday service is selected and paid for after this time, then it will ship as a regular next working day order and the difference between our regular service and Saturday/Sunday charge will be refunded.
10. Can you supply me with a VAT invoice
