Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Globecharge and Protx. We trade as SAY IT GIFTS this will appear on the Protx screen and on your credit card statement.
Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / Solo / Switch/Maestro).
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Say It Baby have cleared in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in British Pounds. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Say It Gifts monitor prices on a daily basis.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Say It Baby reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
Delivery
Most orders will be sent next working day if your order is placed before 2pm GMT. (Monday to Friday). Please note that although every attempt will be made to deliver goods on a requested date, we cannot be held liable for late delivery.
If sending to an alternative address, please make sure the recipients Full Name, Address & Postcode is provided as we cannot be held liable for incorrect information.

Returns Policy & Guarantee For Non Perishable Items
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to return goods (we recommend you do so via a recorded system as we cannot be held liable for any that go missing upon return). Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.

Substitutions/Variations
As some of our products are handmade (e.g baby bouquets and nappy cakes), they may vary in comparision to the image on the website - but we always attempt to create your gift as close as possible. At times, we may have to substitute items of clothing - this will always be as close to the original and to the same value or higher.
Returns Policy & Guarantee For Perishable Items
Due to the Nature of perishable goods including flowers, foodstuffs etc, we cannot accept Returns unless damaged/incorrect order dispatched. This is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive as highlighted above.
The does not affect your right to cancel before goods are dispatched.
