You don't have to registered with us - but if you do decide to sign-up our members are well looked after! Signing up is free and very simple (and only takes a minute). It simply means you don't need to give us all your details every time you order - and to thank you for being a great customer we offer discount and promotions.

Important Delivery Info - Order Cut-Off Times

Delivery is available Monday-Friday. All Gifts must be placed by 2pm GMT for Next Day Delivery.

 We offer delivery throughout mainland UK. Sorry we cannot deliver outside of mainland UK.

Our Standard Delivery Charge is £4.95 - this is regardless of the number of items purchased.

Next working day service available (Monday-Friday)

We can deliver to places of work, hospitals etc as long as full contact details and information is provided. (E.g. If a hospital - Full Name, Ward Number etc).

Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday

You can order in advance for specific dates

To make sure your order arrives safely, please provide us with the Full Name, Address and Postcode (and if possible a contact number) of the recipient.

Our deliveries are made by the reputable courier company Interlink. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail.To track and trace online.

Tracking Your Order:

Our courier Interlink offer a next working day service and if you provide a mobile telephone number and/or email address for the delivery address, you will receive an automated message from the courier advising you of the delivery time slot allocated.
